For a full-bodied coffee with rich and complex aromas, 19-22g of ground coffee is required. This allows you to produce a high-quality result in Barista quality, where the coffee can develop its incredible aroma, its intense flavours and its individual character perfectly. A lower dose than the optimal dosage leads to a weak and watery taste experience.

The digital PID temperature control regulates the water temperature for a perfectly balanced extraction of the coffee. Thanks to this constant control, your coffee tastes consistently delicious from now on.

3. Ideal consistency
When preparing a full-bodied, creamy espresso, the purefusion is used under low pressure. Here, the coffee grounds are soaked so that the water can flow through the coffee evenly from the Italian 15 bar pump during later extraction process with high pressure (9 bar). The result is a rich, sweet and thick espresso.

Enjoy the silky taste and the velvety feeling of real micro milk foam. The milk is placed under pressure and generates thousands of porous bubbles that enrich taste and mouth sensation, while the temperature brings out the sweetness and thus provides a harmonious blend of rich, sweet milk and syrup-like golden espresso.
