Preparation:
Make sure there is no sand on the mask or tube, if there has sand, using water to clear the
breathing tube or mask, once the mask is clean then it ready for use.

How to measure?
Measure from the bridge of your nose to your chin, if the measurement is less than 4.7 inches, then choose the S/M size. If it is 4.7 inches or greater than 4.7 inches, then choose the L/XL size.

How to confirm whether it is suitable?
If there is no gap between the mask and your face(including chin). then the mask is suitable for you.

Checking the seal:
Pull the straps of the mask over your head and check the fit of the mask on your face, breathe normally to check for any leaks.
If you feel slight pressure change when you breathe, then you have a good seal, if not ,please kindly adjust the mask wire size.
